STORYLINE: Set in a defunct insane asylum known
as 'Eloise,' four friends break into the abandoned institution in hopes of
finding a death certificate, which will grant one of them the rights to a
sizable inheritance. While inside the asylum, the group not only finds that
Eloise houses a horrifying history but also the truth about their own tragic
pasts.
SUMMARY-INFO: In February
next year, 2017, will be released “Eloise” in USA, a thriller-horror film set
up in an isolated asylum, where people could find any kind horror things. One of
the producer is Tripp Vinson who have a vast experience in films like “The
Number 23”, “The Rite”, “The Exorcism of Emily Rose” and more, initiating from
that, we started fine, a man with that experience could bring many tips and
exciting plots to us. This film is directed by Robert Legato, being this his
first feature film, despite is a man with large road through hollywood industry
as visual effects supervisor in films like “Titanic” which won an oscar, "Harry Potter and the
Sorcerer's Stone”, "Hugo" also won an oscar, and more, even is a novel director his large experience on
visual effects department could insert greats and creepy ghosts. In the other
hand it has Christopher Borrelli as writer known by film like “Whisper” and “The
Vatican Tapes”. Now if we talk about the cast, the first comes to mind is that
only one person got experience in horror films, the rest no so much but are known
faces actors, so the numbers will say the rest, and is composed by Eliza Dushku
(Wrong Turn, The Alphabet Killer, Dollhouse, Soul Survivors, Buffy the Vampire
Slayer), the not very horror films appearances Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl, Blood
& Oil, The Haunting of Molly Hartley), Brandon T. Jackson (Fast & Furious) and P.J.
Byrne (The Wolf of Wall Street, Final Destination 5, Absolute Killers).
EXPECTATION: You
people can say I always say the same, but with a producer who has experience, a
novel director, a cast with known actors, at least I could say that I looking
forward for this film, and the fact that it has like two years between pre, shooting
and post production say to me it got something into it. Yes, the story is very
common no? An isolated asylum or whatever, where horrible things were made it
there, so, the angry and mean spectrums only want is revenge towards whoever. Well,
like there is no so much extra information about it, we are gonna to wait for the opening.
